Registration Fee: The $80 fee covers as many of the scheduled courses as you can take and the banquet. Food, lodging and transportation are the student’s responsibility.
Cancellations: Cancellations made on or before October 17, 2008 will be refunded.
Registration: (Registration for 40 hour courses is due by 10/17/2008)
