Registration


Registration Fees: The $80 fee covers as many of the scheduled courses as you can take and the banquet. Food, lodging and transportation are the student’s responsibility. Registration will be excepted until the start of classes.

Cancellations: Cancellations made on or before October 17, 2008 will be refunded.

Registration: Mail- Send completed registration and release forms along with a check or credit card authorization (Master Card,Visa, Discover). The registration form contains 2 pages, the first page is registration and the second page is the release form.  Registration and release forms can be downloaded here and are in Adobe Acrobat format.
